Leader Presence™
Strong leadership is the cornerstone of any high performing organization. Effective leaders must direct a team of people, set goals, and persuade others to follow. Their message must be understood.
Customised to the needs of your organisation Leader Presence™ stays focused on applying new communication skills to their specific skills and projects. This is done through 10+ hours of personal coaching. This program is divided into four 1-day workshops that can be scheduled out over several months. A lead instructor and a professional coach facilitate each workshop. Class size is limited to 8 leaders to provide more one-on-one time with the attendees.
Each student will step out of the workshop for at least 30 minutes to receive professional coaching. Then, the day after the workshop, each leader will sign up for a 2-hour timeslot to receive additional personalized coaching from both the lead instructor and the coaching instructor. This time is dedicated to working on each leader’s specific projects, presentations and delivery skills. All presentations are recorded on an SD card for the attendees.
