We worked with Paul and his NxtGEN team on a Sales and Organisational Development programme over a four-month period, and I must say we are delighted with the outcome. Paul helped identify a number of areas where we could improve performance, and he tailored the communications module of the course to ensure our sales and engineering teams had the tools to dig beneath the surface of what the client initially asked.
